Whether you chose Standard or VIP Membership, registration is EASY and FAST

Standard Membership allows you to select and view current information for a particular border entry to the USA. For each crossing you will able to view a list of available video or text information for non-express crossing lanes or traffic arteries leading to the crossing. Simply click on any of the border crossing links and you can view either a video clip or text update for that particular location.

The BorderTraffic.com VIP Membership gives you access to any available video of the Sentri/Fast/Nexus lanes at select locations (be sure to check availability for your particular location). Even though these lanes were designed to speed up border crossing for people who have regular business on both sides of the border we all know that these lanes at times are just as long, if not longer, than the standard crossing lanes.

VIP Member Limitations

• Each VIP member is allotted 40 VIP views per day. A counter will display the number of views used that day. In the unlikely event that a user should reach 40 views in a day, VIP lane video access will be suspended until the following day. However, the standard video and all text reports will still be available.

Low Cost

• The VIP Membership costs $6.99 per month and is easily set up to automatically renew without further effort on your part. The fee is easy to justify, as it pays for itself many times over in time, gasoline, frustration, etc.

I understand that in order to obtain a BorderTraffic.com (the “Web Site”) VIP Membership offered by Solutions XYZ LLC (“Solutions XYZ”), the Terms and Conditions (below) will apply in addition to the Terms of Use to which I agreed when I established a BorderTraffic.com account.

I understand that Solutions XYZ’s service is limited to providing users and members with information (video and text) about motor vehicle traffic conditions and wait times at certain crossings at borders between the USA and Mexico/Canada.

I understand that the Terms of Use below includes a release of liability under which, among other things, I voluntarily and irrevocably waive and relinquish any and all claims and causes of action against Solutions XYZ, its owners, directors, officers, agents and employees, for any death, injury, damage or loss to person or property, in connection with or arising from any activity, inactivity, or condition (collectively, the “Conditions”) (including without limitation any travel, traffic conditions, road or other hazards, delays, obstacles, drivers, pedestrians, merchants, vehicle problems, customs or immigration matters, or border crossing issues or event), or my use of or membership in the Web Site, regardless of the cause of such death, injury, damage or loss.

I understand that under no circumstances shall Solutions XYZ be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

As a VIP Member, I will have access to view available videos and/or text regarding Sentri, Fast, and Nexus lanes at particular border locations. I understand that I will be allowed a maximum of 40 views per day of any “VIP-only” image. A counter will indicate the number of views I have had. VIP video clips will time-out after 15 minutes.
